AJ Delfs is a real estate operations and leadership professional with more than 15 years of industry experience and over a decade as a Keller Williams Market Center Administrator. As the MCA for KW Siouxland and KW 1Advantage, AJ works alongside agents and leadership to create systems, processes, and support that help people build successful businesses.
A Keller Williams team member since 2015 and a 2025 inductee into the KW MCA Hall of Fame, AJ is passionate about making the business side of real estate simpler, more organized, and more effective. He enjoys solving problems, developing people, and finding practical ways to help those around him succeed.
Outside of real estate, AJ enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and pursuing his creative side through sewing and design. He believes that success is built on strong relationships, a supportive culture, and a willingness to continually learn and grow.
