Kacy Bell began her real estate career in Tulsa, Oklahoma, earning her license in 1985 and building a successful ten-year track record in sales while earning her Broker license. She transitioned into management in 1995 as the Managing Broker for Prudential in Tulsa before joining Keller Williams Realty in 2000, where she served as Team Leader of the KW Preferred market center for 12 years.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Kacy eventually expanded her leadership footprint across state lines. Today, she is licensed in both Oklahoma and Iowa and serves as the Operating Principal for four market centers: KW Greater Des Moines, KW Siouxland, KW 1Advantage (Quad Cities), and KW Preferred (Tulsa).
Beyond market center operations, Kacy has built a comprehensive business ecosystem to support agents and clients alike. She owns and operates RED Settlement Services, RED Settlement Siouxland, RED Leverage (marketing), and RED Acceleration (coaching). In 2022, she further broadened her portfolio by launching partnerships in Gateway Home and Auto insurance and IntroLend Home Results mortgage brokerage.
Throughout her career, Kacy has remained deeply committed to industry governance and advocacy. She is a Past President of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS (OAR) and Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services MLS, as well as a former board member for the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS (GTAR). Her contributions earned her recognition as GTAR REALTOR of the Year in 2007 and the OAR Outstanding Service Award in 2010. Additionally, Kacy served six years on the national REALTORS Political Involvement Committee and is an inducted member of the RPAC Hall of Fame.
